Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an confirmation e mail. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days.
All items that are shipped via our courier require a signature on delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

GUARANTEE
All products carry the 12-month manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. If any fault does occur during this time, arrangements will be made to repair or replace the item after inspection.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If you receive any purchases that are faulty or damaged we must be informed within 3 days of receipt. This is also applicable if any items are missing from your order. Check all purchases for quality and quantity even if they are not required immediately. Vantage Caravans Ltd endeavour to make prompt and accurate deliveries.

All product details are correct and updated constantly but if at the time of ordering these details alter, you will be notified before the order is despatched. Technical data, dimensions and weights are guidelines only. No guarantee is given that goods will conform in absolute detail to the illustration available.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that shop and listed items are available for immediate shipment there may be occassions when items are out of stock due to them also being sold from our retail store

Returns Policy
Returns
Damaged or faulty goods must not be returned without prior agreement from Vantage Caravans Ltd who will issue a returns number. Returned items must be clearly labelled with documented reason for return. Goods without returns number will not be accepted.
Faulty Goods
Notification of faulty goods should be given within 24 hours of receipt of said goods. Replacements/Refunds will be sent on receipt of faulty goods. No refunds/replacements will be given for goods that we deem to have been misused. Tents and equipment should be checked for faults/shortages before use, as we take no responsibility for any costs incurred due to faulty goods/shortages. We reserve the right to make the final decision on the eligability of a refund.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you want to return non-faulty goods,Notification should be given within 24 hours of receipt of said goods.
Non-Faulty goods may be returned for a refund. The following conditions apply.
1) The item must still be in the original packing.
2) The item must be un-opened. i.e tent must be factory packed.
3) As all specifications are listed, no item will be refunded due to size, colour etc.
We reserve the right to decline issuing a refund.
Re-stocking Fees/Carriage Fees
A re-stocking fee of £10 will be charged for non-faulty goods that are returned to us. Carriage/Postage for delivery/returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please quote your item number on all correspondence.
Non-Delivery Charges
All items that are shipped via our courier require a signature on delivery. If you are not there at the time they deliver the goods a card will be left. They will attempt to deliver again on the next working day. If in the event our couriers have attempted to deliver your order on more than one occasion with no sucess the good/s will be returned to us.
A standard fee of £8.00 per item will be charged for any goods returned to us to cover 'return delivery'. In order to re-ship your good/s the original delivery cost for your items will be charged.
